Optional offline voice component

The main app does not include voice models. In Settings, choose TaiHaoYong voice and download the component, or select an available system recognition service / installed voice assistant. The component must match your head unit architecture; Android will ask you to install it.

TaiHaoYong voice recognition processes audio locally without saving or uploading recordings. A system or third-party voice provider follows its own data policy and may use online services. Closed OEM interfaces cannot be guaranteed to work on every head unit.

Built for compatible Android head units.

TaiHaoYong is intended for landscape Android head units that can install APK files. V3.0.0-rc2 has passed local build and automated checks; in-vehicle navigation, playback, microphone recognition and ACC restart acceptance are still pending. Android 6.0 or later is required. For other devices, confirm that the factory home screen can be restored before trying it.

Honest navigation hand-off

Select your navigation app in Settings. Supported mobile AMap routes resolve place candidates before hand-off; other apps receive their supported Android requests. A dispatched Android intent is reported as dispatched—not falsely claimed as active navigation.

Verifiable music requests

Only supported music apps supply the home media card. Youku and other video apps are excluded. Choose a preferred music app; Play launches it when no music session is available. Receiving playback confirmation depends on the target app.

Feedback from any screen

Triple-tap any visible app page or dialog to open feedback. Submission includes the source page only after the user confirms; no screenshot or tap coordinates are captured.

Choose your voice system

Install the optional TaiHaoYong voice component for local recognition, or choose an available system service or voice assistant in Settings. OEM assistant integration depends on the interfaces exposed by the device.

Capability memory

Unsupported or repeatedly unconfirmed hand-off methods are skipped for the same ROM, user and target-app version, then reconsidered after the environment changes.

Safe update path

The app checks package identity, version, file hash and official signature before updating, and selects the correct architecture package.

What changed in V3.0.0-rc2

  • See recognition as it happens. Partial text is displayed and timeout finalization preserves recognized speech. Offline users should update the voice component too.
  • More natural commands: explicit self-corrections, wake-word prefixes and additional music phrases preserve the complete requested name.
  • Improved music hand-off avoids ambiguous artist/title splitting, waits longer for playback confirmation and shows the requested music.
  • Clearer navigation feedback shows the destination and incomplete-command prompts, with official keyword-route fallback for Amap mobile.
  • The main app and offline voice component update separately. In-vehicle recognition, actual playback and navigation acceptance remain pending.

TaiHaoYong is a standard Android application. It does not modify MCU, CAN bus, reverse-camera behavior or original system partitions. It is not a vehicle-control or vehicle-data-reading tool. You can return to the factory launcher through Android’s default-home settings.
